The Triangle of Opportunity Bicycle Tour was
held on August 4, 2007... Among the participants were the
Morton, Illinois cyclists:

Members of the Oatmeal Roadies are pictured at Distinctive Affairs in Stanford, Ill. readying to ride the 2007 Triangle of Opportunity Cycle tour on August 4. The group of Morton/Washington area cyclists rode to Stanford, Ill. from Lincoln School in Morton, a twenty-five mile ride prior to participating in the fifty-six mile TOOC tour.  At the end of the tour, the group rode back to Morton.  The Oatmeal Roadies rode a total of 105 miles on Saturday, stopping at rest stops in Minier, Armington, Atlanta, McLean, Olympia School Dist. #16,  and Hopedale, Ill.  A breakfast and lunch was served to 71 bicyclists at Distinctive Affairs in Stanford who participated in the event.
